To be followed by Every leader. Breaking of the constitution can and will result in expulsion of your ownership. Ruler must transition rulership if required. <br />

1) A ruler is good for 2 terms and then a mandatory offterm. Their slate is clean for another 2 after said offterm. Approval ratings run 1 month into a term.<br />
<br />
2) New Nameful is its own entity, and cannot be conglomerated into any other town. New Nameful will retain membership of the United Cities.<br />
<br />
3) History MUST be maintained, and the Nameful museum downstairs the town hall is to keep updated.<br />
<br />
4) The ruler of New Nameful has the ability to create departments, get rid of them, fire leaders of said departments, AND hire new ones.<br />
<br />
5) Anyone may run, and anyone may win. Unless serious and provable allegations of fraud, no one is to be denied.<br />
<br />
6) The co-ruler / runningmate has every ability and limitation of the ruler, except they MUST act within the ruler’s permission.<br />
<br />
7) Rulers may endorse and vote in elections.<br />
<br />
8) Every person who possesses moderation powers in the New Nameful Discord is only permitted to exercise disciplinary actions if a rule has been broken. Deleting a message, issuing a timeout, kicking, and banning for personal reasons in an attempt to censor someone without justification is unconstitutional and will be punished. The passing of this amendment will put into practice a concrete set of server rules and moderator guidelines.<br />

DISTRICT<br />
<br />
1) Whoever becomes ruler is in charge of the District Direct (Globe).<br />
<br />
2) Ruler has the final say on what may happen with a district. NOT the district leader.<br />
<br />
3) Districts CAN break from greater New Nameful if they achieve a poll with 80% agreement in the Nameful discord, which is to be initiated by the New Nameful ruler.<br />
<br />
4) Although districts can break off, they may not be sold.<br />
<br />
5) This constitutional amendment changes the rules regarding the number of districts any one player is allowed to manage at a time. The number 2 is simply too small and restrictive, closing opportunities for active players who want to contribute without filling the void for districts that need active managers. This amendment proposes raising that number to 4, ensuring that more active members can have more opportunities to help grow the server. In order for this new rule to be passed there must be a unanimous Yae vote on the above poll. By voting Yae, you can choose to be put in a raffle to obtain leadership of the un-runned districts of NewNameful. (you don't HAVE to run a district if you don't want too) :3<br />

On May 15th 2024, calvin joins the server for the first time. After exploring, calvin set up a house on Poland Island outside of spawn, but seeing as the island (and most server towns) were inactive, he logged out, intending to never log on again. Later, calvin relogs to show a friend the house, and is greeted by a player named "Fearborne." Fearborne tours calvin through ShantyTown to his town, Pirates Bay. Pirates Bay was on it's last legs at the time, and this would be Fearbornes last logout date for a month or so. calvin calls it a night as well, but a few days later, returns to the server. Seeing that joining a town would be futile, calvin sets out to create his own town. He crosses the railways of the URO, and finds a picturesque valley to develop his town on. The valley had been previously claimed by the player "shiki_89" for intention of building "Shikiopolis," but the project was abandoned. calvin contacts Skiki on discord and the land is given to him to develop on. Thus, CalvinTown officially begins.<br />

The town received its first members at the time and its first builds, including 1mcslender's bar, mog60_09's shack and hole in the wall arcade, and Spectric's stone thing. It remained the only area of CalvinTown until the town expanded up the hill into Upper CalvinTown Estates. As CalvinTown continued to grow rapidly, buildings popped up left and right in downtown, making it the collection of skyscrapers it is today. It is the most densely built area of CalvinTown to this day.<br />

Some early adopters of CalvinTown and recruiters include elfim_desu, and frxsty_original, the latter of which was mayor of the town temporarily while calvin was on leave for vacation. Randomizers, who would become the map maker for CalvinTown created Decency Village, a homeless encampment styled area in the desert area behind downtown, and Upper CalvinTown Estates blossomed during that development as well. Upper CalvinTown Estates grew so large in fact, that it had to be split into two districts, the western side become Lake Valley, which remains the most populous district to this day.<br />

As CalvinTown blossomed past 50 members, more consolidation of leadership was required. This was also around when calvin was accepted to become a Mod on OSM, so the time was not as available for him anymore. District Leaders were set up to control each district, one for each district. It helped to keep areas in check and helped with general recruitment to have more leadership on board with the town. Around this time, another staff member known as ZinStarz joined the town, and an administrator, Beezle, took interested in the project and contributed in various ways. The town was picking up traction incredibly quickly, and expanding like wildfire. A popular builder on the server, gyurto, made infrastructure go through the town that allowed for even easier connection. Calvin Desert was developed by the player Geogaddiiii, starting a casino which ran weekly lotteries and slot machines. Steve Fortress remained uninhabited until June, when it was developed by a player named Jols. Various players took part in developing Shady Lanes.<br />

One night while playing, calvin came across a new player named klaus_w, who appeared to be relatively chill and dedicated to making the server a better place. klaus_w developed one of the most impressive districts, known as the Castle Plains district. However, it was built in controversy. First, a player named black_frieza who originally built in CalvinTown was banned for "interfering" with builds against klaus' will. black_frieza was never seen again, and his ban was one of calvin's biggest personal failures as a leader. TrollfacePvP, soon joined and attempted to rebrand the district and revolt against calvin to become independent, but this was crushed by staff. Trollface then began a feud with the admin Beezle, which ended in his ban for harassment. klaus_w also turned out to be quite the cruel leader, and was warned for such behavior. In revenge, he griefed all of his rivals and was banned, never to be seen again. Since then, Castle Plains has been quiet and peaceful, slowly developing after the controversies. Thankfully, CalvinTown has been controversy-free since, and it was a great lesson for the town leadership in problem solving and risk management.<br />

The town now has over 100 members and receives new builds every single day, with many large infrastructure projects in existence and underway. One notable example is Calvin Caverns, an underground city district with a unique dwarven vibe, created by the player jurckurc. On May 15th 2024, calvin joins the server for the first time. After exploring, calvin set up a house on Poland Island outside of spawn, but seeing as the island (and most server towns) were inactive, he logged out, intending to never log on again. Later, calvin relogs to show a friend the house, and is greeted by a player named "Fearborne." Fearborne tours calvin through ShantyTown to his town, Pirates Bay. Pirates Bay was on it's last legs at the time, and this would be Fearbornes last logout date for a month or so. calvin calls it a night as well, but a few days later, returns to the server. Seeing that joining a town would be futile, calvin sets out to create his own town. He crosses the railways of the URO, and finds a picturesque valley to develop his town on. The valley had been previously claimed by the player "shiki_89" for intention of building "Shikiopolis," but the project was abandoned. calvin contacts Skiki on discord and the land is given to him to develop on. Thus, CalvinTown officially begins.<br />

It remained the only area of CalvinTown until the town expanded up the hill into Upper CalvinTown Estates. As CalvinTown continued to grow rapidly, buildings popped up left and right in downtown, making it the collection of skyscrapers it is today. This was also around when calvin was accepted to become a Mod on OSM, so the time was not as available for him anymore. District Leaders were set up to control each district, one for each district. It helped to keep areas in check and helped with general recruitment to have more leadership on board with the town. Around this time, another staff member known as ZinStarz joined the town, and an administrator, Beezle, took interested in the project and contributed in various ways. The town was picking up traction incredibly quickly, and expanding like wildfire. A popular builder on the server, gyurto, made infrastructure go through the town that allowed for even easier connection. Calvin Desert was developed by the player Geogaddiiii, starting a casino which ran weekly lotteries and slot machines. Steve Fortress remained uninhabited until June, when it was developed by a player named Jols. Various players took part in developing Shady Lanes.<br />

One night while playing, calvin came across a new player named klaus_w, who appeared to be relatively chill and dedicated to making the server a better place. klaus_w developed one of the most impressive districts, known as the Castle Plains district. However, it was built in controversy. First, a player named black_frieza who originally built in CalvinTown was banned for "interfering" with builds against klaus' will. black_frieza was never seen again, and his ban was one of calvin's biggest personal failures as a leader. TrollfacePvP, soon joined and attempted to rebrand the district and revolt against calvin to become independent, but this was crushed by staff. Trollface then began a feud with the admin Beezle, which ended in his ban for harassment. klaus_w also turned out to be quite the cruel leader, and was warned for such behavior. In revenge, he griefed all of his rivals and was banned, never to be seen again. Since then, Castle Plains has been quiet and peaceful, slowly developing after the controversies. Thankfully, CalvinTown has been controversy-free since, and it was a great lesson for the town leadership in problem solving and risk management.<br />

== Origin ==<br />
On May 15th 2024, calvin joins the server for the first time. After exploring, calvin set up a house on Poland Island outside of spawn, but seeing as the island (and most server towns) were inactive, he logged out, intending to never log on again. Later, calvin relogs to show a friend the house, and is greeted by a player named "Fearborne." Fearborne tours calvin through ShantyTown to his town, Pirates Bay. Pirates Bay was on it's last legs at the time, and this would be Fearbornes last logout date for a month or so. calvin calls it a night as well, but a few days later, returns to the server. Seeing that joining a town would be futile, calvin sets out to create his own town. He crosses the railways of the URO, and finds a picturesque valley to develop his town on. The valley had been previously claimed by the player "shiki_89" for intention of building "Shikiopolis," but the project was abandoned. calvin contacts Skiki on discord and the land is given to him to develop on. Thus, CalvinTown officially begins.<br />

calvin began his project by developing a mine with help of his IRL brother, and building a home, along with a town hall (later becoming the CalvinTown hotel). The town received its first members at the time and its first builds, including 1mcslender's bar, mog60_09's shack and hole in the wall arcade, and Spectric's stone thing. It remained the only area of CalvinTown until the town expanded up the hill into Upper CalvinTown Estates. As CalvinTown continued to grow rapidly, buildings popped up left and right in downtown, making it the collection of skyscrapers it is today. It is the most densely built area of CalvinTown to this day.<br />

As CalvinTown continued to grow beyond the valley, players began creating their own "neighborhoods" which would later become districts. Some early adopters of CalvinTown and recruiters include elfim_desu, and frxsty_original, the latter of which was mayor of the town temporarily while calvin was on leave for vacation. Randomizers, who would become the map maker for CalvinTown created Decency Village, a homeless encampment styled area in the desert area behind downtown, and Upper CalvinTown Estates blossomed during that development as well. Upper CalvinTown Estates grew so large in fact, that it had to be split into two districts, the western side become Lake Valley, which remains the most populous district to this day.<br />

As CalvinTown blossomed past 50 members, more consolidation of leadership was required. This was also around when calvin was accepted to become a Mod on OSM, so the time was not as available for him anymore. District Leaders were set up to control each district, one for each district. It helped to keep areas in check and helped with general recruitment to have more leadership on board with the town. Around this time, another staff member known as ZinStarz joined the town, and an administrator, Beezle, took interested in the project and contributed in various ways. The town was picking up traction incredibly quickly, and expanding like wildfire. A popular builder on the server, gyurto, made infrastructure go through the town that allowed for even easier connection. Calvin Desert was developed by the player Geogaddiiii, starting a casino which ran weekly lotteries and slot machines. Steve Fortress remained uninhabited until June, when it was developed by a player named Jols. Various players took part in developing Shady Lanes.<br />

One night while playing, calvin came across a new player named klaus_w, who appeared to be relatively chill and dedicated to making the server a better place. klaus_w developed one of the most impressive districts, known as the Castle Plains district. However, it was built in controversy. First, a player named black_frieza who originally built in CalvinTown was banned for "interfering" with builds against klaus' will. black_frieza was never seen again, and his ban was one of calvin's biggest personal failures as a leader. TrollfacePvP, soon joined and attempted to rebrand the district and revolt against calvin to become independent, but this was crushed by staff. Trollface then began a feud with the admin Beezle, which ended in his ban for harassment. klaus_w also turned out to be quite the cruel leader, and was warned for such behavior. In revenge, he griefed all of his rivals and was banned, never to be seen again. Since then, Castle Plains has been quiet and peaceful, slowly developing after the controversies. Thankfully, CalvinTown has been controversy-free since, and it was a great lesson for the town leadership in problem solving and risk management.<br />

In its recent days, CalvinTown has exploded. The Beacon Bay district was founded by TheGreatBeeTrain and developed heavily by the player unsh1ft. It has a treehouse theme. Pirates Bay and CalvinTown merged on June 26th, 2024 to allow for further expansion of the town. The town now has over 100 members and receives new builds every single day, with many large infrastructure projects in existence and underway. One notable example is Calvin Caverns, an underground city district with a unique dwarven vibe, created by the player jurckurc.
