OSM's staff are tasked with enforcing the server rules, helping players out, and generally being a good role model for players to follow.
Keep in mind Developers are not considered staff, as they do not moderate, but only develop plugins and similar things for OSM.
If you need to contact staff, use the ticket system #create-help-ticket on the Discord guild.
