OSM's staff are responsible for enforcing server rules, assisting players, and serving as positive role models for the community.
It's important to note that developers, while integral to OSM, are not considered staff as their role focuses solely on plugin development and related tasks, rather than moderation.
If you need to contact staff, use the ticket system #create-help-ticket channel on the Discord guild.
